State wide curfew from Sunday as cases keep on skyrocketing

The chief minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Friday announced a statewide curfew from 9th of May to the 23rd of May. Only grocery shops, take away and medical supplies will be open with set timings, he said adding that this time they will be strictly enforcing the curfew. The chief minister also announced that all functions stand cancelled from 9th May.



 The chief minister said that the detailed order will be releases at 4 o clock  in the evening. He said that even though all facilities are being provided free of cost and there is no shortage of oxygen as well as medicines. However, he said that due to the death rates the had no choice but to declare the curfew

-Grocery shops open from 7 a.m to 1 p.m

-Restaurants closed, takeaways open
