The official count of ST community is around 11%. According to figures there are around 1.7 to 1.8 lakh ST community people in the state. They are alleging that lip service is being paid to them and they are not being given their proper dues even though they have 4 MLAs in the assembly, albeit through the general category rout. Goa 365 spoke to community leaders, political leaders and political analyst to get a sense of their angst and if it will affect the ruling party in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Please watch.
