Inclusivity and, normalization and accessibility is very important in life. With this is mind the government as well as stakeholders are holding an all India fest known as Purple fest for people with disabilities. Goa 365 spoke to Social Welfare Minister Subash Phaldessai, Secretary, State Commission for Persons with Disabilities and senior Journalist Prakash Kamat on this issue and the general issues of people with disabilities.
