SGPDA to shut wholesale fish market for next 8 days

SGPDA has decided to shut its wholesale market for next 8 days from Thursday. Earlier, the market was kept closed due to coronavirus pandemic. After restarting the market lots of problems were faced.



 To put things in place SGPDA has decided to shut market for 8 days, SGPDA chairman Wilfred D'Sa said.

  A meeting was convened in this regards at deputy collector's office. SGPDA chairman, All Goa Wholesale Fish Trader's association president Ibrahim Mulla, and Margao municipal inspector were present. Ibrahim said there was improper management of market during the corona period.
