India reports 1.74 lakh covid-19 cases, 11,000 recover in last 24hrs

The coronavirus cases in India have crossed 1.74 lakh figure as on Saturday after reporting more than 7,000 cases in last 24hrs. With this India has overtaken Turkey's tally & now stands on 9th position. But here's some good news: More than 11,000 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours.

A single day jump of around 7,000 Covid-19 cases was reported in the country.

In the last 24 hours, around 175 deaths were reported and around 11,707 patients have recovered.

India has reported 1,74,301 Covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 86,000 mark.

4,981 deaths have been reported and 82,731 patients have recovered.

Maharashtra has crossed 63,000 mark of Covid-19 cases and it is followed by Tamil Nadu with 20,246, Delhi with 17,386 and Gujarat with 15,934 cases.

More than 1 lakh Covid-19 cases were reported worldwide in a single day.

The Covid-19 cases have crossed 60 lakh mark; 3.67 lakh deaths are reported and more than 26.75 lakh have recovered.
