Meeting on Mongoor Hill wants to divide zone into micro-containment areas

The Mangor main containment zone is a big area and could be broken into two or more parts into micro-containment zone as per the number of cases, he said.

Locals who have been stuck in the zone form more than 2 months are restive and broke.

They are up in arms demanding that they be releases them the containment zone.

They are also alleging that they are not being given proper faciltities and government had neglected them.

Desai told Goa 365 this after a joint meeting was convened to discuss and decide on the relaxation of the Mangor containment zone.
