Cong alleges fraud in bandhara construction

Congress, alleging a scam in the construction of bandhara in Khandepar river,has demanded an in-depth investigation in the matter.

Ponda MLA Ravi Naik on Thursday said that work of Bandhara was taken up even before a survey was done or the soil testing.

No CRZ permission was also taken.
