BOI aims reaching common public by understanding their needs

Bank of India has taken steps to understand the needs of common people and connect them with their banks. In order to achive this goal, Bank Of India has organised conclave with all the managers of various departments of their bank.

What changes could be done in the internal affairs of the bank to give good service to public was the main point on the agenda.
