Two arrested in child abandoning case

The police arrested a 40 year old lady Judith Colaco and 45 year old Francis Pereira, both residents of Mandopa for the offense.

Margao PI Kapil Nayak said that a case was registered under section 317 IPC after a new born female child was found abandoned near the Mandopa football ground on 2^nd December 2018.
