FIR registered against Mahila Congress members

An FIR has been registered against Goa Mahila Congress president Pratima Coutinho and four others for revealing the identity of Minor victim girl in a molestation case.
The offence is registered under section 34 of IPC, section 74 of Juvenile Justice Act, and section 23 of Pocso.
The case was registered after Shiv Sena vice president Rakhi Naik lodged a complaint against Mahila Congress members.
Mahila Congress president Pratima Coutinho, however, said that they would not be deterred by this complaint.
