And Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane has said only collector can take a decision.

On Wednesday Urban Development Minister and local MLA Milind Naik along with his supporters had opposed the quarantine centre at Mormugao.

They even gheroed Mormugao deputy collector and got the proposal canceled.

Next day, Mormugao BJP mandal said centre can come up in future only if there is emergency, but only after convincing the people living around this building.
