Recover covid-19 cases in India exceed active cases by 10 lakhs

Coronavirus recoveries in India have exceeded the number of active cases by 10.42 lakhs with recoveries reaching 16.95 lakh and active cases reaching 6.53 lakh. The recovery rate has increased to 70.76%. India reported biggest single-day jump of 67,000 cases taking total tally to 23.96 lakhs.

India has reported 23,96,637 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 6.53 lakh mark.

47,033 deaths are reported and more than 16,95,982 patients have recovered.

Maharashtra is leading with 5.48 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Tamil Nadu 3.14 lakh, Andhra Pradesh 2.54 lakh, Karnataka 1.96 lakh and Delhi 1.48 lakh.

Almost 2 lakh covid-19 cases were reported worldwide in single day. The covid-19 cases have crossed 2.08 crore mark, 7.47 lakh deaths are reported and more than 1.37 crore have recovered.

Here are the five worst hit coronavirus nations. United States is leading with more than 50.39 lakh cases followed by Brazil 30.57 lakh cases, India is 3^rd worst hit nation with 23.96 lakh cases, Russia 9.02 Lakh cases and South Africa with 5.66 lakh cases.
