No protocol, are we not bothered about our lives?

The partial lockdown is ending on Monday morning. However, even during the lockdown, and soaring deaths, no beds and oxygen, people are still not following protocols in many places people. Goa 365 had shown the crowd for mangoes yesterday. Now its for vegetables today morning and and mangoes last night .

 Fresh is important no doubt. But when people are stuck in line for beds and oxygen, and medicines, is it too difficult to follow protocol? And why do we need to roam around the place if we dont need too? Especially the young, who are also dying in numbers. We have to decide on this.
