Indian stands 2nd for Death & new Case record for #covid19

A single day jump of around 20,000 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours around 410 deaths were reported and 10,500 patients have recovered.
India recorded close to 20,000 COVID-19 cases in a single day for the first time on Sunday, taking the tally to 5,28,859, while the death toll rose to 16,095 and more than 2.95 lakh patients have recovered.
Five worst hit corona virus states. Maharashtra is leading with 1.52 lakh mark of covid-19 cases and its leading followed by Delhi 77,240, Tamil Nadu 74,622, Gujarat 30,095 cases and Uttar Pradesh 20,943.

Global coronavirus cases are expected to tip over 10 million on Sunday, marking a major milestone in the spread of the disease that has so far killed almost 500,000 people in seven months. More than 1 lakh covid-19 cases were reported worldwide in single day. The covid-19 cases have crossed 99 lakhs mark, 4.97 lakh deaths are reported and more than 53 lakhs have recovered.
