Goa quiet as offices, shops, close down

After the three day weekend lockdown, the government has announced a week of restrictions. The chief minister on Sunday appealed to the people to observe the protocols. However, though it is quiet in most places of Goa, it looks like Goa on a Sunday, with people on the streets in their shorts and T shirts on their bikes.
