Residents of Bogdo will finally have a wall after 20 years

Since the last two decades, the occupants of about two hundred houses located at Tariwado cliff in Bogda Mormugao were facing the threat of landslides.



Every year during the rains the residents live under constant fear of landslides.

But this year they hope things could be better as Water Resource Department have initiated the retaining wall work at cost of 3.5 crores, but will the work be completed before time?

On the regularization of illegal houses, MLA Milind Naik said that people who have all relevant documents should seek help of his office to get their houses regularized by the government.
