Loutolim becomes the first village in the state to release development plan

Director of Panchayats Ajit Panchwadkar said there should be a holistic approach to ensure that the resources of the village are not just protected but are preserved for future generations.

 Loutolim has become the first village in the state to release its gram panchayat development plan. 

The director was addressing the gathering as the chief guest at the function organized panchayat hall to release the plan on Sunday.
