India crosses 6K covid-19 cases in single day once again

India reported more than 6000 covid-19 positive cases within 24 hours taking the tally to more than 1.58 lakhs. Maharashtra alone contributed to a 40% rise in covid-19 cases reporting more than 56,000 cases.

A single day jump of 6566 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours around 170 deaths were reported and almost 3427 patients have recovered.

India has 1,58,333 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 86,000 mark.

4,531 deaths have been reported and 67,692 patients have recovered. Maharashtra is leading with 56,948 cases followed by Tamil Nadu 18,545, Delhi 152,57 and Gujarat 15,195 cases.

More than 84,000 covid-19 cases were reported worldwide in single day.

The covid-19 cases have crossed 58 lakhs mark, 3.57 lakh deaths are reported and more than 25.14 lakhs have recovered.
