Ponda shocked, XIth Std boy stabs his senior at PES HSS

The Ponda city was shocked on Thursday when a XIth standard boy stabbedhis senior just outside the campus of PES Higher Secondary School at Farmagudi.



And it is believed to be a feud over minor issue of bursting fire crackers.

The minor boy later surrendered to the police. And the XIIth standard boy is presently hospitalized in GMC hospital. His condition is critical.

This incident occurred just outside the college campus on Thursday afternoon.

Though nobody wanted to come on the camera, students said both of them had a fight over this XIth standard boy bursting fire crackers in the college campus during Chovoth.

The XIIth standard boy reportedly said he had a video recorded on his mobile, which the accused boy was demanding.

Based on the father’s complaint, the police have registered an attempt to murder case against the minor boy.

Later, the accused boy surrendered, accompanied by his father, who carries influential position in local political circles.

The police, however, refused to disclose their names as both of them are minors.

The victim is admitted in GMC hospital as the injury is almost three inch deep.
