Chopped up body found on road said at Margao

The body was discovered after a dog was found gnawing on a piece  by the side of National highway.

  Police were informed that a dog was found gnawing on a piece of the body.  The body was cut into pieces and stuffed into the bag.

The bag with pieces of body parts were found in the bushes at the side of NH17 at Dharmapur. (Plastic Bags) Netty Ferao who found the bag spoke to Goa 365.
