Mapusa fruit yard in pathetic condition

The whole place is a mess, with open gutters, no proper road and garbage dumped all over the yard. 

The municipality is supposed to collect garbage. But it has not been doing this for the past year and has only restarted in the past 2 days.

And the funny part is that the MMC truck that has been coming to the yard to collect the garbage is dumping it right behind the yard, residents complain.
