PWD Minister Sudin Dhawalikar laid the foundation stone of interstate connectivity road in two phases from Chandel to Patradevi and from VazriBridge to Dodamarg via Sal.

Minister Dhawalikar laid foundation stone of the stage oneof 13.75 kms in Goa at Sal in the morning on Saturday.

This work will be completed at an estimated cost of work is 40.67 crores approximately in next 2 years 720 days. 

He has assured that every household in the state will receive a nonstop 24 hours water supply by the next two years. 

Dhavalikar also laid foundation stone of second stage of this interstate connectivity road in the afternoon at Chandel, where in a road connecting Patradevi to Sasoli in Maharashtra of total length 16 kms will be built with a new bridge in Hasapur.
