Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar has said that Goans would start getting enough number of 100 rupee notes from Saturday.

He has made arrangement to get 200 crore rupees for Goa in all the banks. The chaos on bank notes continued in the banks while most of the ATMs remained closed even on the third consecutive day.

The banks were open on Friday. But they did not have enough cash to pay the customers.

This was the scene everywhere and practically in every bank. Even after standing in line for hours together, some people had to go empty handed.

Many ATMs were closed since they ran out of cash. And the ATMs which were open had big queues in the North as well as the South.

Some were cursing the government while some had all the praises for prime minister Narendra Modi.
