Three killed as truck carrying poles turn turtle at Borim

An electricity department vehicle carrying electricity poles turned turned turtle at Borim Circle killing 3 on the spot.

Three more were critically injured and three escaped with minor injuries. The injured were shifted to GMC and Ponda District Hospital.

The truck carrying electricity poles was proceeding towards Marcela from Margao.

When, truck reach on the slope at Borim circle its driver said that his brakes failed and he lost control.

The vehicle turned turtle. There were nine persons in the truck including the driver.
