24 year old s body fished out out at Bhironda

The body of 24-year-old youth Shubham Patil who drowned in Mhadei river at Bhironda was found on Monday. Patil had drowned on Sunday. Fire fighters started search operations after his friends alerted them that he went missing while swimming. Finally his body was fished out on Monday.

A picnic during the lockdown turned into tragedy for group of 6 picnickers after the 24-year-old youth drowned while swimming with friends. The group of 6  from Bicholim had gone to Bhironda Sattari for an outing.   Fire fighter officer B A Gawas gave details.
