Capital sees influx of tourists, but Covid norms violated

20 Nov 2020 06:09 PM

Looks like the capital is slowly seeing the advent of tourists after an almost 7 month hiatus. However, they are domestic tourists with no foreign tourists. However, covid norms are being openly flouted, something that could possibly be a worrisome sign given that the third and fourth waves are being anticipated in the rest of the country and the world.

Here are the scenes from the Capital city. Look at these visuals. Delhi has increased the fine for those walking without masks to 2000 rupees.

Gujarat is in curfew. These tourists are mainly from those areas. Locals and buisness welcome these tourists, but say authorities have to educate then lest were also see a spike.
