Churchill submits nominations form for GFA President elections

On Tuesday evening Patron and Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao filed his nomination for the upcoming Goa Football Association President elections.
The last date of filling nominations is 29th September.
Churchill after filing nomination, said that if he wins he would waive off the entry enrollment fees for Goan clubs for GFA and professional tournaments.
Churchill had picked up his nominations papers on Friday.
Till date, Churchill is the only candidate who has filled in his nominations papers for the GFA president election.
The elections will take place by end of October 2018.
Till date present, GFA president Elvis Gomes has neither denied nor admitted whether he would contest again.
