Bicholim youths cry for football ground

However, dates after dates are being given for their  construction. The youths from housing board colony are upset over this.

 The foundation stone laying ceremony for the proposed playground was scheduled on 26th January. However, this was postponed for some unknown reasons.

The youth had even given a memorandum to Bicholim Municipal Council. But no action was taken, says one of the youth, Shubham Shetye.
