We are ready for monsoon in Quepem: Babu Kavlekar

We need to be ready for any disaster, and people can be saved if proper precautions are taken in advance, Quepem MLA Babu Kavlekar said on Thursday. He spoke after a meeting held on Thursday to discuss issues likely to be faced during the monsoons.

The special meeting to discuss and plan the disaster management was held in Quepem on Thursday.

The meeting was attended by the local authorities, different engineers of departments. Locals and BDO including the police.
