Dry weather likely over state

Dry weather prevailed over the state of Goa on Saturday. There was no large change in maximum temperature over North & South Goa with the maximum temperatures being normal over both districts.



 On the other hand the minimum temperature was normal over North Goa & below normal over South Goa district.


The highest maximum temperature of 33.9°C was recorded at Mormugao while the lowest minimum temperature of 21.0°C was recorded at Mormugao.


There is no warning for South Maharashtra –Goa coast upto 75km from the coast. Beyond 75km from the coast strong wind speeds reaching 45-55 Km/hr are likely to prevail along Northeast and adjoining Gujarat coast on 28th November.


Strong wind speed reaching 45-55 Km/hr gusting to 65 km/hr likely to prevail along Maldives, Lakshadweep area and adjoining Southeast Arabian Sea on 1st and 2nd December.
