Former India star Mahesh Gawli Swachch Bharat ‘brand ambassador’ for Kunkalli

Thus the local municipality has now declared local hero former India International footballer Mahesh Gawli as brand ambassador of Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan for awareness on importance of cleanliness in the town and surroundings.  

Kunkalli Municipality has now started with a much needed initiative to implement and maintain cleanliness in the town under the Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan.

The civic body held a special drive and distributed several dustbins to the market vendors. Former India player Mahesh Gawli has made 91 appearances for the senior’s team from 1999-2011.
