CZMP hearing has been kept for 8th July: Nilesh

The fresh public hearing for CZMP has been kept for 8th July. However, there are restriction.



 A person can register as speaker or participent.


Speakers will be given first preference to speak, but for 15 mins only and rest of the matter should be submitted in a file, Environment Minister Nilesh Cabral said.


The past public hearing was ended with controversy after the people alleged that most people were not allowed to participate for public hearing.


Now, the fresh public hearing in North Goa will be held campal Parade Ground and in South Goa at SGPDA Ground.


The hearings at both the venues will start at 10 am and go on till completion of the hearing.


Speakers and participants desirous of participating in the public hearing to register their names by email on goacoastalzone@gmail.com or in writing in the office if the collector North or South by June 30 along with requisite identification documents.
