A panchayat ghar has to be built in Sancoale. And the foundation stone was laid the other day by Dabolim MLA and Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho.
But the Local MLA, Alina Saldanha who also belongs to the BJP was not called, angering her.
The land was gifted by a businessman and the foundation stone laid.
Alina questioned the logic of the Dabolim MLA coming into her constituency and laying the foundation stone. And the timing too.
