We have a leader, Babu: Luizinho

The CLP leader and leader of opposition, Navelim MLA Luizinho Faleiro said that Babu was elected by the Congress legislators and his name approved by the Congress high command.

The Congress legislator was responding to taunts by the BJP that the Congress had a leadership issue and how could they try to form the government if they had no leader.
