War over Mumugao continues: Milind, Balan file cross complaints against each other

On Wednesday, Milind had alleged that he was manhandled by some persons over the felling of a pipal tree.

Later that day some 200 Milind supporters marched to the police station to file a complaint against Balan Chodankar in a show of strength.

But the battle did not end there.

On Thursday morning Balan Chodankar along with Congress leader Sankalp Amonkar filed a counter complaint against Milind.

Tension flared up at Vasco on Wednesday after a group led by Balan Chodankar confronted Milind Naik on the issue of trimming of religious piple tree.

Milind alleged that he was manhandled by Balan. A FIR was filed.

Balan was arrested and released on bail. And on Thursday it was Balan's turn. And so the battle continues …..
