Sudin moots five-day assembly session in October

Marcaim MLA Ramkrishna alias Sudin Dhavlikar wants a five-day assembly session in October to discuss Covid pandemic, environment, coal, doubling of railway track and power project. He says that each MLA be given two and half hours to speak.

Sudin said there was no proper discussion on budget and finance issue during the one-day budget session and therefore a discussion on state finances was needed.

Goa Legislative Assembly passed the budget in a one day session on 27th July. This had led to a lot of heartburn among the opposition.
