Not inclined to accepting speaker post, says Michael

With Speaker Pramod Sawant becoming the chief minister, he is now the officiating speaker. At least till July, by his own admission.

However, he has expressed his reservations on taking up this post when asked. 

Michael says that he represents his constituency.

And needs to speak about its needs and necessities.

He also has to speak about the needs of the state.

Michael gives details on what he feels are the problems faced by the state.

And the reasons why these have not been solved till now.
