Negative Covid-19 patient quarantined for 21 day, charged Rs 48,000: NCP

A person who tested negative for coronavirus were quarantined for 21 days and were later given a bill of 48,000 at the Mapusa residence. NCP has alleged it has become a business take out money from Goans.



Rafique Mohammad from Khorlim is stuck up the river without a paddle. He has been put in quarantine without any reason.


Now the government is asking for money from him, alleged the NCP.


Government should give money back to the people which has been earned in the name of quarantine or else they will hit the streets in protest violating section 144.


How government has money to build Raj Bhavan when it says that there is no money to deposit in poor people's scheme, questioned Sanjay Barde, Secretary NCP.
