Make all 10 MLAs DY Cm of Goa: SG MP

South Goa MP Francis Sardinha tongue in cheek asks why the present BJP government should not have appointed all 10 MLAs who joined the BJP as Deputy Chief Ministers of Goa. He says that as of now there are two. So why stop at two.

He says that there is no post of deputy chief Minister and it is completely  unconstitutional.
