I will resign, says Clafacio after reservation heartburn

Trouble is brewing in the ruling BJP after the release of the reservation list for the ZP elections. On Saturday Cuncolim MLA, Clafacio Dias was forced to promise to resign after he faced the ire of a section of his people over a reservation at Guirdolim.

The state is going to polls on 22 of March.

The SEC and the state administration has been blamed for the delay in announcing the reservation policy.

The opposition has been snipping at the government for various issues connected to the election process as well as the reservation policy.
