Deepak reelected MGP prez in a one sided election

There was a lot of hangama before the elections. But finally it came to nought as - Deepak Dhavlikar was comfortably re-elected as president of MGP in recently concluded elections. Deepak got 409 votes while his contender Nilesh Patekar scored a mere 33 votes.



A controversy had erupted between Lavu Mamletdar and Deepak Dhavlikar.


There were allegations and counter allegations made.


However, Deepak has proven its leadership by winning the central committee election.


The assembly elections are approaching closer and they are various issues affecting Goa.


Those day are over of asking votes saying its a Goan Party, party party created by Bhausaheb Bandodkar, former MGP MLA Naresh Sawal said.
