NGO attacks all almost all parties in state, bats for Utpal in Panjim

A NGO involved in the transport business and active for a number of years has criticized the AAP and the TMC as well as the ruling BJP and supported probable Panjim independent candidate Utpal Parrikar as the elections fast approach.

Sandip Tamankar is a bus owner with a penchant for being an activist as well as one who is known filing PIL. Today he attacked the BJP on various issues, asking why the party was not giving a ticket to Utpal Parrikar, son of Manhar Parrikar. 

Tamankar also attacked the new parties who are vying for a piece of the pei like the TMC and AAP.
