MLA disqualification: MLAs seek time, Cong speaks about SC order

On Thursday the 10 MLAs who had broken away from the Congress appeared before the speaker Rajesh Patnekar through their advocates.
The sought time to file their replies on the disqualification petition filed by their original party, the Congress.
The Congress advocate then reminded the speaker that the Supreme court had recently ruled that disqualification petitions should be decided within 3 months of filing the petition.
