Goa Shipyard will get more central projects: Shripad

Newly appointed Defence Minister for State Shripad Naik on Monday reviewed ongoing defence projects at Goa Shipyard in Vasco. Naik also said that efforts will be made to bring some more Central projects to the state. Naik told approvals will be also given to upcoming central project.

On Monday, Union minister Shripad Naik visited Goa Shipyard in Vasco. The shipyard is supposed to execute the construction of 12 mine sweepers and is construction two missile frigates and also other vessels for the Navy, Coast guard and also for export.
