Congress attacks govt, HM on law and order in state

The Congress has alleged that the law and order has collapsed in the state. It alleged that the government was not interested in upholding law and order so it had not filled up the post of head of the Police complaints authority for the past year or so.

The congress has also alleged that the state law and order was being held hostage by two MLA – one from south and one from north. Congress spokesman Rohit Bras D'Sa said that all this was being done deliberately so that that government could use the police to frighten opponents and do whatever they pleased.
