Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP are involved in a verbal fight based on a controversial statement made by BJP national president Amit Shah that all the infiltrators except Hindus, Boudhas and Sikhs would be thrown out of this country.

AAP convenor and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal said this is a direct attack on the minorities.

However, BJP's power minister Nilesh Cabral said that his party is not against the minorities and Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to take the nation ahead.Kejrival has come down heavily on BJP President Amit Shah's statement at an election rally held in Madgao.

He asked what would Amit Shah do with the minorities in Goa. Kill them by waging riots, assassinate them or drown them in the Arabian sea? He also appealed to the Goans to choose between riots and peace.

BJP's power minister Nilesh Cabral, however, dismissed this interpretation made by Kejriwal. He said AAP is using the same language which earlier Congress was using to misguide the people. He denied that BJP is working against the minorities.
