GSM will contest 35 assembly seats in the state and present BJP government has totally failed.

This is what former RSS Goa head and now GSM chief Subash Velingkar said on Saturday after he visited Bandekar mines workers in Sirigao.

The workers are protesting after the company asked them to leave from 1 January. Velingkar has demanded that mineral foundation and government take responsibility and ensure their livelihood.

Velingkar called on workers to protest against the ruling state ruling party by boycotting their candidates in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
