BJP & Cong join hands to fight MGP in Ponda civic poll

Who says BJP and Congress are strong political rivals? And MGP is the friend of both the parties? It’s exactly opposite.
In Ponda municipal council election, the Congress and the BJP have joined hands to fight their common enemy – Sudin Dhawalikar’s Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party.
The Ponda Citizen’s committee a group on nine councilors affiliated to the BJP and the Congress party will be contesting Ponda Municipal Council election against MGP.
There are 15 wards in the PMC. The decision to this effect was held on Saturday.
