Work held up as Margao municipality's CO goes on leave with his cabin key

The Chief Officer of Margao Municipal Council is on leave and has taken the key to his cabin with him. Many work-related files are in his cabin.
Even though there is a temporary replacement for him but there is no access to the file.
The chairperson says she faces a peculiar situation.
Chairperson Pooja Naik says she has written to the Directorate of Municipal Administration and the Urban Development Minister over the matter. Till then people have to wait.
