These are the promises by the new PWD minister Deepak Pauskar when he spoke to Goa 365 on Tuesday. Here is the story.   

 Sudin Dhavalikar was the PWD minister for more than 15 years. After a midnight coup Sudin was dethroned and a new minister Deepak Pauskar sworn in.

There are a lot of issues with the functioning of the PWD, according to the general public. Watch Pauskar as he gives his tak on the matter after a meeting of all relevant officers.   

 Speaking on sewerage issue, the minister said that they would try and complete all the pending works. They needed some more funds, which they would try to get from the centre.

Pauskar stressed that they would put a condition for all new building projects to have their own sewage treatment plants.

Pauskar also said that he would inform the contractors that all highway related works had to be completed by 2020.
